Neco Abruzzi Wont Start

Hi,

Im having an issue with my Neco Abruzzi scooter 125cc 4 stroke, The problem i have is it was working fine before winter and now it wont start.

I have checked to see if there is fuel getting to the spark plug (which there is) but there is no spark, i have changed the plug, coil and HT lead but still no spark, not sure what else it could be, battery is fine.

Its either a faulty coil or there is an engine immobiliser switch that has been put on by mistake.
