Navman - map update - f series SV00266

Hello,

me mates dad has a NAVMAN - F Series SV00266
Build - 4.10.1029

and were looking for a possible map update, i know nothing about these as I'm mobile phone sat nav person, how do we if we can go about updating the map for free *ahem* and then i take it updating the speed cameras is as easy as converting them and uploading them.
