Multiscan Feature is buggy???

I use the multiscan feature, automate scans, i.e. it move to a sat then scan, move to the next then scan. The problem is before the dish has even reached and locked onto its position, the scan starts to search through the TP's (frequencies), so inevitable misses out channels before it lands on the sat and finally locks on to perform a full scan.

This has to be an enigma jade 3 pli bug? Any help here or input to help fix this would be valued
