multi cam cctv software

Hi guys i'm looking for some multi cctv camera software ie: software to record more that 1 camera i have 2 cameras set up to my computer through a usb capture device it came with software called multiviewer but it keep freezing every 2 seconds, any help would be grateley appreciated. cheers

I use WebcamXP (or webcam7) both from the same company and there is a free version, been working for me for years with 3 cameras inputs (4 camera cctv system through USB EZcap device, 1 USB webcam and 1 IP network camera), as well as recording you can broadcast over the internet, it has motion detection too. You can schedule recordings for certain times. You can also use an AVI video as a source.

i use Video surveillance and recording software go1984 (Network, Capture-Card, DirectX) -  Home there is a fully functioning 30 day trial on their site and then if you like there are plenty of versions in the usual places

ok guys i think i need some help i can only record from 1 camera at a time none of the software i have tried will let me record from 2 cameras antone any idea where i'm going wrong? i am using an easycap usb 4 channel dvr with 2 wired cameras
