MTV and Microsoft are uniting to create a new music downloading service, they have announced.
Plans say the programme will offer more than two million songs and shows from MTV, along with its own original material.
Known as Urge, it will be provided through Microsoft's Media Player and use Windows Media Audio format.
Further details will be announced at next month's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
