Hiya!

This is not "ScoobyMal" btw, it's his daughter!

I've recently downloaded some songs from the net.

They're not in MP3 format, so i can't convert them into "WAV", using Music Match, in order to put them onto a disk!

The file name things after them are:

.zip
.ppt
.class
.ps
.bin

can anyone tell me how to put them into an MP3 format?

thanx, luv sam

p.s. i know very little about computers, so if you could put it in Laymans terms, i would appreciate it!

Hi Sam

If you have downloaded these files from a website then there should be instructions on the site telling you what to do with them.

You usually need to change the file extensions to .mp3 or .zip

I would suggest that you rename the files in Windows explorer to .mp3 and double click on the file to try and play the song. If it wont play then rename the file to .zip and double click on it to see if it will open up (you would need to have winzip installed on your pc for this to work)

I hope this is in plain enoutgh English for you, post again if you're still stuck.

Regards.
