MOSC will not AU

Anyone know why a paid up MOSC will not update itself? Have to enter latest OC/OD/OE every month.

might either be , you have removed card from box when its trying to update or itv i know have had problems updating cards!

its a nokia box i use, i just phoned itv got them to refresh the signal then altered PBM.
