mk4 probs

Hi all im having major probs with mk find4.3 i cant get it to connect to the elvis programmer! i keep getting the message "port may be in use or setting are incorrect" i have double checked the settings and they are ok, card is fully inserted checked all connections etc, what else could be wrong???<br /> im using a power supply rather than a battery as well, polarity is correct.

any ideas? help pls!

have you ticked elvis auto pheonix mode box in settings of mk4.3
