Shame they aren't giving the pensioners a decent rise this year as allowing the triple lock would be much less than £20 a week the living wage is increasing by is considered to be too much for a mere pensioner it seems.
I would be very happy if they just gave the pensioners who retired before April 2016 the same pension as those who retired after April 2016
