I can tell you one that *is not* sympatico with both operating systems. The Atheros AR9285. See my post about how Microsoft has yet again broken networking for a bunch of adapters.
If there's something brand new, fresh out of the engineering department, with drivers specifically written for Windows 10 - and it also happens to be compatible with OS X Sierra, I'd love to know about it. I don't want to have to use a USB dongle.
