I was too much busy working.. sorry for it..
Today I have a recipe coming form a recipe site... but I adjusted some ingredients.. to make it enough for 4 good food eaters.


Serve 4

Ingredients

45 ml vegetable oil
200 g uncooked long-grain rice
6 g garlic salt
1 g ground cumin
1 spoon of chilli sauce
40 g chopped onion
120 ml tomato sauce
500 ml chicken broth

Method

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and add rice. Cook, stirring constantly, until puffed and golden. While rice is cooking, sprinkle with salt and cumin.
Stir in onions and cook until tender. Stir in tomato sauce , chilli and chicken broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
