I dont think the lawyer was the fool mate. lol. He got paid whatever. Unless it was the old "No win, No fee" Crap.

Mr Martin-Sklan, who is representing himself, is claiming for lost earnings on top of his general damages, because "loss of confidence" and depression following his injury led to him being unable to recruit new clients and contacts for his business.

So has he not just blown that out of the water? He is afterall working if he is representing himself and he is confident enough to represent himself.

I feel not enough attention is not being paid to the suffering of the grape.
