Lost Channels

Hi
a mate's dm500s power source fried and he needed to reflash, the box is setup for motor and all worked ok previously.

after reflash and putting in long and lat. the dish is picking up nothing
i've driven the dish to 0' and tried to manually move it but sig is not changing at all

any suggestions would be great (running a pii image but not sure whiich version - blue screen)
