Lost All the Channels in Newcastle Area

Hi everyone,
I switched on my sagem dbox2 this morning and all the channels have now gone. I have tried rescan but not getting anything not even free to air channels. The only thing I have done different is yesterday I wanted to watch one of last weeks programme on vm box so took it out from the garage and plugged it in and it updated itself and everything was working fine till last night and now I am not getting anything. Is it something wrong with dbox or is it N3. Is there anyone else having the same problem in Newcastle area?

Its nothing you have done, I can confirm all you need is a re-scan

Thanks guys I had to sort out all the bouquets and everything is back to normal.
