wpa2 is just a newer more secure feature but your adapters may not be capable of it and may need new drivers. WPA personal will be fine for your needs.

You REALLY should only use WPA (not WEP). It dead easy to crack WEP with a little bit of time (to listen for a big enough sample).

However, if WPA won't work/isn't supported, WEP is way better than nothing!
