The LED TV remote is connected to my VU Zero. The receiver channel list appears with the OK button and the up and down buttons and the volume button. These three buttons work and the receiver remote does not work at all. Please help.

Install the VU+ Remote app on your phone. If that works it rules out it been an image issue and the faulty probably lies with the remote.
