Sensible Topic Laser pen question

Pretty straight forward, can a laser pen take out a security light or the motion sensor on someone's motion detection outdoor security light ?, got one near mine that's pissin me off no end. It's about 30-35yard away straight facing

PIR are only sensitive to certain wavelengths, which are below that of visible lasers.

Is it a halogen one? Keep triggering it after letting it cool to frazzle the bulb. Especially when the weather is cold.
