Kryptview rescan

Guys,

I live in c&w 41047. I lent my mate who lives in tw land my kryptview so he could check it out before buying one. I sent him some instructions I have but he cannot find the page showing the netids that he can select. Does anyone have a kind of step by step idiots guide to doing a rescan please or have any idea where we are going wrong??

Thanks for the reply.

TMC has helped me loads, Just didn't want to keep bothering him. Got it working, Did a reset to factory default and rescan and all now working.

Yeah sometimes just better to reset the channels and then reset the defaults and just run an automatic scan> choose usualy the 1st area its found and hit the scan button
