Kevlar 1.3 Cannot download it ??????

i downloaded this from the downloads section but it only downloaded as a 4k file, surley this cant be right, there is only a readme document and tow other files but when i click on them a screen appears on my computer asking me which programme i should use to open these files (a very long list of programmes, mainly those on my computer) please cn u tell me if there is anywhere else i can download kevlar 1.3 from, any other websites? also as i am very new to all this (Just receieved my elvis 2day) am i correct in thinking that first i need to download kevlar 1.3 hex files then programme this onto the wafer card instead of the dbgm2 hex files ?

Wizard9t9 the kevlar file is right m8 4k and you need to install the software that came with your elvis programmer first which is mp6 before you can use the kevlar software, thats why your getting this screen appearing, as there is no program to open it up with untill you install mp6........gazer
