Win 10 keep windows open all time

hi guys - watching some stream on my toshy with windows 10 ..how do i keep the streaming window open in the top right corner of the screen and continue to surf the web as well..cherrs

Minimalise the window,click box top right...you can make window any size you want by placing mouse arrow on edge of window until double arrow appears..hold right click and stretch or make smaller can do this on all sides of window.

You can use AutoHotkey to keep the window on top after resizing.
