Anyone got working services and Bouquets for galway im missing this whole transponder

I have differnt channels on that frequency and cant get any of the above channels when i scan. Please help . it's doing my head in!

Missing channels are in my bow k's but not showing up in a scan. Any ideas on how i can get these channels? they must be on a different frequency in Galway.
