Hi again all,

TM 5402 HD CI+ Super+ (M1) with the latest Phantompatch 133p

As I suspected... the patch makers/code writers have been messing/experimenting with the Codecs... it looks like they are trying to enable the receivers to decode ACM/VCM transmissions... and they might just succeed if this early attempt is anything to go by...

Have a look at...

If you download straight from the transponder/frequency you will only get the channels from Multistream 3

If you want to add the other four channels from Multistream 2/Multistream 4 you will have to do this manually... one channel at a time...

Until reading this post I hadn't bothered looking at this transponder since loading 133p but am getting similar results. They seem to be pretty close as the picture stabilises reasonably well until there is a change of shot and then fragments, for a while, before rebuilding. It reminds me of early videoconferencing development in the 1980s.

When you download from this transponder now... sometimes you will just get 1 channel scanning in... sometimes 4 channels... sometimes 8 channels... and sometimes 10 channels... but never all 11 channels... so you might want to add the 3 new channels manually again... one channel at a time... same method as before...

The provider/s are currently in the process of adding EPG Data to all of the channels in the package (in Bulgarian of course).

Once again... let's hope the patch makers/code writers can improve/perfect the decoding of these (and other) ACM/VCM transmissions on forthcoming patches...
