just updated the wireless card in my ibm/lenovo laptop to the one above..drivers and software all loaded fine and are installed.......however it wont start and i get the error message...see pic....it is a wirless N adaptor..that im trying to get to work......i bought it from a seller on ebaY HEREit is suppose to work with my lenovo 3000 n100 laptop any help and advice please ta ?
