So does anyone know how to install some files into a windows file so that when windows installs files are copied automatically? I want to have some drivers installed in windows so that if I need to reinstall windows it would be with the drivers in place?
is this something that's possible?

Manually download the drivers you want to keep and store on a USB flash drive..
Or once you have all drivers etc installed you simply do a back up that you can restore when needed..

see I am sure I have seen theres a way with win pe? or something like that - when you come across some of those win xp or the like images that have software already built in....
the aim is that it would be ideal for quicker restores and the like.... there are common programs I install, common drivers I always have to install and it would be clean to have them....

I was going to just do a backup image once the install is complete but I have seen those mod'd xp installs where it installs normally and then extra installs run?
