installed rogero now multiman wont start

hello
just installed Rogero_CEX_4.30_v2.05 and installed the latest version of multiman, but now when i try to start mm i get error 80010017

uninstalled and reinstalled every version of mm i could find right back to version 02.03.00 but still get the same error.

anyone know how i can sort this out?

Haha was gonna ask if u got the Dex and not the Cex , its easy mistake, i did it
