install windows from usb?

hey all,

ive seen several usb versions of windows for a usb stick,

are theese full versions i can do a fresh install from? also will it be possible to slipstream drivers into it with nlite?

I think they for booting windows up from the usb stick the main use for them is for recovery purposes incase you os won't load

They are not for installation, they are live images of XP. I know that some of support adding additional drivers. I use UBCD which has got the Storage Driverpack included and supports virtuallyl all storage drivers.
