CD & DVD imgburn prob

hi all im using imgburn to burn 360 games ive just tried to burn ''madagascar kartz'' and it burnt fine but when verifing on imgburn i get a error

I/O error

Device:[1:0:0] _NEC DVD_RW ND-2510A 2.04 (D (ATA)

Scsi Status: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition

CDB: 28 00 00 02 A2 80 00 00 01 00
Interpretation: Read (10) - sector: 172672

Sense Area: F0 00 03 00 02 A2 80 0A 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00
Interpretation: No Seek Complete

Cancel Try Again Continue

never had this prob before so i tried a diff game (GTA episodes from liberty city) again same error message,

ive tried 2 dofferent types of duel layer discs (verbs & Aones)

has any1 else had this prob b4?
does any1 no how to fix this?


(i have also just cancelled the verifing and the game just comes up with disc unreadable wen inserted into the console)

Firstly pal that drive is older than mi dog, so there is every chance that it is on its way out.

Secondly your firmware is 6 or 7 versions behind, so update that first and try again.

This is a link to the newest firmware, click 'accept' and it will show u the download option....

I think your right Neil, i had that drive and thats exactly what happened when it ran out of puff.

@me110r--do you get a clicking sound coming from the drive when you put a cd or dvd into it that has data on it or audio?

I am also having a similar problem with most of the new wave 4 titles. Mine burn fine with imgburn in my tower but if i try to copy them in a acard duplicator they always fail at the same point, using verbs and all speeds.. Only does it with the wave 4 titles though..
