Someone help please

I've just come back from my holiday (3weeks) and found the broadband has stopped working. I noticed the power light was flashing and the Activity (amber light) was blinking now and then.

After investigating with a few friends I found its had 'GONE OFF' on their Ambit too.. Anyway, I felt its time to change the MAC address and so I have borrowed a working mac..

Now the lights are back to normal but I still have no web pages

What am I doing wrong?? What else can it be?

no one really knows the answer to that unless you get a subbed one??
