Iain Duncan Smith has suggested that people need a personal saving account to pay for Sickness and Unemployment and David Cameron is considering the idea.
"David Cameron is prepared to look at making workers pay into flexible saving accounts to fund their own sick pay or unemployment benefits, Downing Street has confirmed."

They even tried to polish that turd by calling it "a living wage", I suppose that justifies the 10% increase in their salaries.

They are just trying to kid you m8 it sounds good in theory, then you get kicked in the bollox with one of there scams. it's a case of heads they win and tails they win.
