I suspect that they probably thought that she would harm herself through depression or something similar and therefore were obliged to do something, which meant paying for the boob job.

Deep down though no thought or consideration was taken in to account about this. Who the hell told her she was pretty and with bigger tits she would hit the big time?. Surely that money could have been spent on something more useful. Perhaps the surgeon is receiving ermm preferential treatment from her, nudge, nudge

If that were the case then she should save up and pay for it herself. (same goes for all them with dodgy implants. Having them removed for free is a joke. They'll probably give them a free upsize when they do it)
I get depressed on a regular basis but I don't expect free cocaine courtesy of the NHS (taxpayers)
