Hardware Hyrbrid SATA Drives

Looking into buying a fast SATA 3 drives at a reasonable cost and came across these Hybrid drives - a standard SATA 3 drive with 8 GB SSD cache .. anyone used these and recommend any 1TB ones

I've got an early 2.5" 500Gb Seagate Momentus XT in my Acer Revo RL100 - installed at the same time as a memory upgrade.

Slight reduction in boot times, but not as much as I'd hoped

If you are putting in a desktop, check if it has Intel Smart Response Technology.
