Check out www.romhustler.net its a very good site for ROMs from the NES, SNES, N64, Megadrive, MegaCD and many more.
just make sure you've got your pop-up blocker on as always with sites like this. And remember you already own the games and are of course obtaining legal backups of your ROMS... isn't that what all of us are doing of course?

regarding reply about ds roms, psp roms etc. why dont you go to a bit torrent site. you can get what you want there.
