how'd u save bbc listen again?

does anyone know how i can save listen again on the BBC site? I want to save Global Gathering so i can burn it on CD.

what i have done to record bbc listen again is to use adobe audition a sound recording program but im sure there are loads of others.

On the page where u select the input to record from select what im listening too.

adobe then lets u save this as wav,mp3, audio etc etc where u can then cut up tracks and generally edit.

i've found a free bit of software that seems to have worked fine, if anyone else wants it.
