Navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app
Open K48AP.plist in a text editor or a plist editor
Under the capabilities area add the following key:<
Reboot your iPad and enjoy Voice Control!
To have more fun with your new voice control:
Navigate to /System/Library/VoiceServices/PlugIns/Base.vsplugin/English.Iproj
Open Help.strings
Change anything that says iPod into iPad
Voice Control will now say iPad instead of iPod
