How frequent do the keys change ?

Hello all viewers, can someone please give me some information about the frequency of Keys changes, if this is known.

d+ seem to do 2 or 3 a day , cabo sometimes 1 a day , polsat can sometimes be 1 every 2 or 3 days , just depends on the provider basically and wat and wen they decide to do them
