how do you make a vxWorks.st for sb4200e

i dont know if ive got this proper wrong but im trying to make a vxWorks.st file for my sb4200e cuz ive tried all the others i can find and i cant get them work, im using elf and FB_FIP to covert and compress the files but it just changes it to bin file. im using hyperterminal and bootserver to try and unbrick the the thing but i either get attempting downstream FEC lock in hyper with 1 vxworks and i can just get to the hack page but firmware update freezes with the others. its battering me head cuz ive already done my other one i think, i can get an ip address but i can only get to the virgin media registration page before i can surf the net. it says
