How do you go about trying to Sell a Domain Name

I have a few domains that I have had for about 14 months, thinking I would create some CMS sites. I never got round to it and I have a few months before they expire so I was wondering if I could try and sell them before they expire and try and get something back atleast.

So its seem there are a few sites out there but damn its confusing

Does anyone have any ideas or would like to share any experiences.

Should I use one of these. What about pricing and if they don't sell. I see on flippa you pay in advance but I am not sure if you get that back if the domain does not sell
