How do I get Dreambox 7000 to Startup on the channel I want?

This has been bugging me for a while now, but can someone tell me how can I get the dreambox to power up on a particular channel say BBC1 Wales everytime I plug in the box? And how do I change it to a different Channel If I want?

go to the channel u want to set as start up then prefom a shutdown from the menus itl then save the settings and start on this channel upon every bootup

or set it to your channel, then choose 'reboot' from the shutdown menu
