I got ON digital prepaid yesterday and got a smartcard (its a green pcb with 1 small and 1 big chip on it) It is meant to be a card that updates itself. It was working fine on every channel yesterday and then this evening i took it out put the original in and rung up on digital to register with the original card. The original card works on the channels it is meant to work on, but now the smartcard does not work on every channel. I can get the free channels and E4 but no others. The other channels are just blank. I read that if this happens i should turn the box on and off for a few times but this has done nothing. Can registering with ON digital have bust it? Should i re-enter the code? If so july or august? Is it a kevlar card? how do i know? Please help me!! (Also please could u not use abbreviations cos i dont know what they mean) Thanks again.
