help with hex!!!

Hi guys...thanx for recent help...Im a little confused about the hex files...are the files "date sensitive" ie..are they updated every month? where can i get secanix hex files or DBMG files...i have tried http://www.wolverine.i8.com/ but the links seem dead.. icq.73092330 if required....thanks

thanx v.much for the help-wolferine ..i need AU hex files (secanix 45), DBMG2 Hex Files, secanix editor...i would be grateful if you could icq them as you said..
