Help with ART on DM 500 S

Hi All,
I am a complete newbie when it comes to dreamboxes, I have managed to install gemini onto mine and I have tried a number of soft CAMS from the Gemini server and yet nothing unscrambles the ART channels on Hotbird, If anyone can let me know what I am doing wrong it would be very much appreciated.

ART is not hacked m8, you will need an official card for it.

as paul says it's not hacked on 13e m8. you can get it on nilesat (7w) if you have about a 4 metre dish lol
