Here you go, also go to the Kia tech website and register. It's the same tech portal the dealers use and it's were i downloaded the manual.

No, but I was a tech for a similar franchise for many years. I love the fact that the manufacturers have to give everyone this level of access in the North America, thats how it should be here in the UK as well.
