Help MX2 box

Anyone give me help getting MX2 box with XBMC I stream to work... Across the top of the screen it says DVBViewer client car't connect to recording services
Any help how to set it up please

Have you tried factory reset and this will probably delete any addons you installed

No not done a reset, just in case there is a easy way to resolve the problems
