Help cloud ibox 2 plus

You need to ensure that it is not a clone first (use google) as installing the incorrect firmware can brick your box as it did with early models too.
If it is a recent box and not a clone then you need to first install the latest bootloader.
Then you need a latest firmware.
When downloaded and unzipped it should have a file named Cloudix.
Copy the file to a clean/fresh formatted usb key (suggest under 4gb) and copy the cloudix folder to the root of the key.
Turn your box off at the rear and then plug usb-key into your box (any usb port will do).
Turn your box on and wait till the screen say DONE.
Turn your box off at the rear again and take out the key.
Turn box on and your new firmware should be working.
Note you will lose all data and settings on the box when installing new firmware.
You can save settings etc but that's another thread topic!
