HELP Blue banner on MOSC card

Does anyone know how to get rid of the blue banner using MOSC card and mkfind 4.2null <img src="mad.gif" border="0">

press menu,2,green,exit, then the ppv you want then p+,

then to change channel menu,2,green,exit hey presto the quick fix <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">
