CD & DVD Hear English voice in background on vcd

Can someone please tell me if there is a way to hear the English words on a vcd as I have a vcd that has English subti tles but definately can hear the English words in background.

If it helps I am using Media player and playing the .dat file.

Help appreciated.

I doubt it m8. Sounds like a case of untidy dubbing.
You could try seperating the audio track and try editing it using soundforge (try normalise etc) but its a long shot.
