HDD Compatability

Hi could owners of the Openbox please list their HDD model that they are using with it.

i.e. Sandisk 16gb USB Pen

Then leave a note of any problems with their drive

i.e Perfect with SD but some break up with HD recordings.

This will help everyone choose the correct HDD drive to go with this excellent box.

I use a freecom 120gb usb laptop drive, work perfectley with both HD and SD

Currently using a 640GB Western Digital (although more than enough) which I got from my local Maplin store for £59. I could of got something online slightly cheaper, but I needed a drive quickly.

I wasn't after anything huge and they had £250GB for £35 and 500GB for £50, but for the marginal difference in price it was worth it.

Recordings are smooth and time-shift feature takes up about 20GB.
