Having trouble reading a Glitched Mosc

Hi, i've just unlocked a Rom 11 BOC Mosc and am having trouble reading it in Nagraedit. When i try i get a problem with with BD3 Key :

Using BD3 Key: 4E 69 70 50 45 72 20 49 73 20 61 20 62 75 54 74
Attempting to login to BD3
BD3 login failed
Reading ROM11 failed
Closing of COM2 was successful

I can read the Mosc in XNCS and so know the keys but Nagra doesnt give me the option to enter them - it just attempts to login and fails.
Any ideas ?

clean the card m8 and push it in and out the reader a few times to get a good contact,probs find ya will get a few other messages after that before a get a good write,just had the same problem yestereday

Get your self a Image, make sure that Bugcatchers are 00 and write with XNCS, Once written read with Nagraedit

Write this Image to card using XNCS
