Thought this might help people who may be confused thanks to Purity for writing this:
1) Establish which firmware the DS has
2) Make sure your Supercard has the latest firmware. Put sd_160.bin in the root of SD card. Open the NDS at GBA mode, run it as a normal game file.
3) Program the Superpass2 using Superpass2 PC software (I used gamecode AMCPN0 and the original Mario Kart (UK) inserted into the superpass2). Make sure the Pic switch on the Superpass2 is in the down position before programming.
4) Copy the AMCP-0.gba and AMCP-0.sav file from the Superpass2 folder to the SD card using a PC Card Reader.
5) Copy the flashme.nds file to an SD card using a PC Card Reader
6) Insert SuperCard, Turn on NDS to GBA mode and run the "AMCP-0.gba" file. Insert SuperPass 2 with your original NDS cart and then turn off the NDS power. Turn on the NDS again quickly, around 10 seconds. Now, you can enter NDS mode, play Games in SuperCard or flash your NDS Bios.
7) Run the flashme.nds file from the Supercard SD while you short the contacts next to the DS battery
(make sure it is plugged into the mains!)
8) You no longer need to use the Superpass2. You can then run any nds file from the Supercard once it has been converted using the Supercard software
