Going back on live

Haven't been on live for about years, having had 2 consoles previously banned.

Obviously gonna be more careful this time, PAL releases only, fully patched, only playing after official release date etc...

I know there's a large element of luck involved in bans, but is there any conclusive proof that usernames of previous or repeat offenders are a factor? Don't mind changing my name, if it decreases my chances of getting a ban based on previous activities.
